Andrea Tomiozzo, Director of Environment and Energies Divisions of Argo, gained the qualification of Expert in Energy Management, serial number 1-2010-SI/010, released by SECEM according to the laws ISO/IEC 17024.

SECEM is the European System of Certification inEnergy Management and it's the structure structure within the Italian Federation for Rational use of Energy (FIRE) for the certification of expert technicians in Energy Management.

FIRE was built in 1988 by ENEA (National Agency for New Technologies, Energy and Sustainable Economic Development),  byAIGE (Italian Association for Energy Management) and by EMC (Energy Manager Club).
FIRE manages, commissioned by the Ministry of Economic Development, the Register of Energy Managers identified in accordance with Law 10/91, acknowledging the appointments and promoting their role through various initiatives.

SECEM Certification guarantees that the certified subject enjoys a preparation of high profile and conforms to the national/international standards fixed for this professional figure and to the  standard ISO fixed for the certification of people.

The names of certified experts are published on SECEM website.
